What is a stye?
A stye develops from an eyelash follicle or an eyelid oil gland that becomes clogged from excess oil, debris or bacteria. Styes seem to be brought on by increased stress, but can also be a complication of another condition, called blepharitis.
JM & I both have one on our left eye. Belch. He needs to shampoo his (yes, shampoo his eyelids. hehe), I need to place hot compress on mine. Then a cream with steroids.
I’m an eye scratcher. As in I scratch my eyes all the time. But this is my first time to have a stye.
STYE, GO AWAY.
